With a great deal of legal experience representing some of the nation’s top companies, Richard Kay has strong experience that ranges from advertising and antitrust matters to banking to consumer products and services. Some of the diverse areas on which he counsels clients include:

Richard has served as Acting General Counsel for Circuit City Stores, Inc., a Fortune 200 company; advised another Fortune 500 mid-Atlantic financial services company over a dozen years as a senior managing attorney; held positions as General Counsel for two regional savings and loan associations; and served as Special Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Richard has served on both Virginia and Maryland banking association committees for banking law matters; served as a board member of the Better Business Bureau of Central Virginia; and lectured and written on a number of issues, from outsourcing to advertising.
